Which stores can I use my VIP card at?

Camera Action Camera House VIP members can present their VIP cards both at their store of issue, located at 217 Elizabeth St, and at the new Camera House digital, located at 176 Lonsdale St. Likewise, Camera House digital VIP members can use their cards interchangeably at these two Melbourne stores. PLUS you can now present your card at any Camera House store nationally. So when your holidays and you just can't wait till you get back to us to print your photos you can present your card at the local Camera House store. BUT please remember prices and offers will vary from store to store.

What is the reward?

VIP's receive a special standard print price. You must be a VIP to get these prices. You will also get 10% off all other in house print services.

Is there a minimum spend value?

No. As a VIP you will get the lowest price on standard prints whether you order one print or 100.

Do I get a discount off camera accessories?

From time to time we will make special offers to VIP members on merchandise. This may be discounts or even give-away's.

Do I get a discount when I make a camera purchase?

Our camera prices are already rock bottom and thereby don't allow movement in price. How ever, when you purchase a camera from us we will give you up to $200 worth of printing based on our standard rates anyway .

Give me $19.95 and I'll give you year round savings

For $19.95 you can become a VIP member. With VIP membership you get special 'Member only' pricing on standard prints. On all other in house processing services you will get 10% off the already discounted price. Your first 100 prints will save you more than $20 off the standard price.

What if I lose my card?

We will replace lost VIP cards but there will be a small administration fee of $5.

Can I get a spare or extra card for my VIP account?

No. Camera Action Camera House has an established 'one card per account' policy. This is so that any confusion in processing orders is avoided.

Printing Online for VIP's

1. You must have the print@camerahouse Online Printing software loaded on your machine. (you may have received this software when we supplied your camera - or go here to download it).
2. You must have digital photos on your hard drive ready to upload to the print server.
3. Start the print@camerahouse software. Log in and enter 'VIP' in the promo box.
4. Add images (follow the prompts). Edit quantities, sizes and crop to suit. Enter your details.
5. In the instructions box enter your VIP number as printed on your VIP card.
6. You will be asked for your credit card details.

What discounts do I get?

Just present your VIP card at the time of order and you will receive a 10% off all our already discounted in-house processing services.
