Warranties
All products sold by Camera Action and CameraAction.com.au are sold with full Australian manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise
stated. For the majority of our products, this is 12 months parts and labour within Australia.
Change of heart
If you have had a change of heart within seven (7) days we will:
- Exchange the goods for another item.
- Credit the full purchase amount with a gift voucher or credit note valid for 12 months.
- Refund the purchase price less a 20% re-stocking fee (at managers discretion). Not available on special order items.
Faulty Goods
Goods not of merchantable quality (ie. faulty) can be returned for a full refund within 7 days. Where possible we will offer an exchange for a new item. Anything over 7 days must be returned to the manufacturer for evaluation and repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion.
Wrong item supplied
Where goods are deemed 'not of merchantable quality' (i.e. faulty) said goods can be returned for a full refund within 7 days. Where ever possible we will offer an exchange item. Film and sensitised materials
No refund or exchange unless CameraAction.com.au is at fault.
Special Orders Special Request
No refund or exchange is available on items that have been especially ordered upon your request and are not regular CameraAction.com.au stock lines.
Print Orders
Under normal circumstances no refund or exchange is available on print orders.
