Will my goods be insured?
No matter how we deliver your goods, they will always be insured. When delivering within domestic Australia your goods are automatically insured - without question. When delivering overseas we will always quote your delivery fees including insurance. Our shopping cart will do this automatically. If you have your own 'Marine Insurance' (insurance that covers goods in transit from one country to another) please contact us to make the necessary adjustments.
The cost of delivery.
Our secure on-line purchasing system will automatically calculate delivery charges, including insurance, according to your postcode and country. You can calculate your totals by hitting the 'calculate shipping' button with out actually purchasing. No moneys are subtracted from your account until you are happy with your totals and have hit the 'Pay Now' button. As a 'rough guide' view the cost of delivery via the links below (all prices are in $AUD). Domestic delivery times vary due to location and type of carrier. International deliveries are via DHL or Fed Ex and usually take 3 to 4 days Port to Port. Deliveries are based on a weight and distance system.
