Will my goods be insured?

No matter how we deliver your goods, they will always be insured. When delivering within domestic Australia your goods are automatically insured - without question. When delivering overseas we will always quote your delivery fees including insurance. Our shopping cart will do this automatically. If you have your own 'Marine Insurance' (insurance that covers goods in transit from one country to another) please contact us to make the necessary adjustments.

FREE Delivery Promotion.

From time to time, CameraAction.com.au will offer FREE Delivery. This is a promotional offer and for a limited time only. Goods will be shipped via Australia Post eParcel (registered post), insurance is included at no charge. Choose FREE Delivery (AU) at checkout.
Standard parcel delivery times apply, 5-7 days. During peak times such as Holiday periods delivery times may be extended. If you require faster delivery times you should choose and pay for Express Post.
FREE Delivery during the promotional period is only available to deliveries within Australia.

FREE Express POST Upgrade.

Another promotion we regularly offer, especially around the last week before the 25th of December is our FREE Express Post Upgrade offer. Choose eParcel at checkout, our standard parcel Post option, and we will ship your order via Express Post at no extra charge.
Express Post is normally next business day delivery, however we can not guarantee this, especially during peak periods. But your parcel will receive priority treatment.
This offer is only available to deliveries within Australia.

The cost of delivery.

Our secure online purchasing system will automatically calculate delivery charges, including insurance, according to your postcode and country. You can calculate your totals by hitting the 'Calculate Shipping' button without actually purchasing. No moneys are subtracted from your account until you are happy with your totals and have hit the 'Pay Now' button. As an approximate guide view the cost of delivery via the links below (all prices are in $AUD). Domestic delivery times vary due to location and type of carrier. International deliveries are via DHL or Fed Ex and usually take 3 to 4 days Port to Port. Deliveries are based on a weight and distance system.

1. Make sure goods are securely packed. All camera boxes must be wrapped or secondary boxed. Yes, boxed in a box.
2. Write the "RA" (Return Authorisation) number on the outside of the package. Never write directly on the camera box.
3. Adhere the label to the return parcel and lodge it at any one of Australia Post’s retail outlets.
4. The postal outlet will scan the barcode and issue a “proof of lodgement”.

As simple as that, BUT, CameraAction.com.au will only ever honour "Reply Paid" when we have authorised its use. You will require an authorisation number.
